PHYSICAL BARRIERS: We are a hardware engineering company building the heavy-duty physical barriers required to safeguard marine ecosystems during offshore installation.

END-TO-END ENGINEERING: We design, manufacture, and deploy high-performance acoustic mitigation systems engineered to withstand the harshest marine operational environments.

THRESHOLD ENFORCEMENT HARDWARE: From heavy-duty steel isolation casings to high-volume pneumatic arrays and electrified compressor spreads, we engineer the heavy machinery that physically enforces them.

BEKA SHELL

Dual ISOLATION CASINGS

Two concentric, 20 cm thick composite-filled steel isolation casings, separated by an aerated 15 cm decoupling zone with industrial vibration dampers, provide fundamental structural shielding

ACOUSTIG INNER COATING
The inner shell is lined with a 20 mm layer of low-reflection elastomeric material to absorb incident shockwaves and eliminate internal ringing

DYNAMIC BUBBLE CURTAIN
A primary 30 cm bubble curtain operates directly at the pile face, complemented by a secondary 15 cm aerated curtain between the steel casings for complete acoustic decoupling

SEISMIC DECOUPLING
The lower end of the mitigation shells penetrates the seabed, effectively decoupling sound transmission along seismic pathways.

PRECISION GUIDANCE
Flexible guide shims, constructed from rubber rolls, prevent direct contact between the pile and the BeKa Shell, ensuring uninterrupted pile penetration during the anchoring phase.

SMALL BUBBLE CURTAIN

TELESCOPIC DESIGN

Engineered for operational efficiency, the individual tiers of the system stack telescopically, drastically reducing the footprint for space-saving transport and mobilization.

AUTONOMOUS LEVELING
The upper blowout levels and integrated baffles are designed to be buoyant. Upon setting down the base tray, the system automatically and autonomously adapts to the specific water depth.

SELF-CENTERING MECHANISM
Exact alignment over the pile is achieved via a mechanically guided base opening and a corresponding centering unit, ensuring optimal positioning.

MULTI-STAGE INJECTION
A dedicated 9-ring injection matrix (4 ring lines across the foam-lined base tray plus 5 ring lines in the buoyant upper tiers) generates a continuous, 1,800 mm wide bubble curtain.

PRECISION GUIDANCE
Flexible guide shims, constructed from rubber rolls, prevent direct contact between the pile and the Small Bubble Curtain, ensuring uninterrupted pile penetration.
